Summary

AI Architecture Render has no user accounts and no servers. We do not collect, store, receive or have access to any of your data. Everything the app creates stays on your device.

What We Collect

Nothing. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, no tracking and no third-party SDK of any kind in this app. We, the developer, never receive any information about you or your use of the app.

What Stays on Your Device

  • The images you upload and the results the app generates, stored in the app’s private container.
  • Your projects and their settings, stored as a file in the app’s private container.
  • Your OpenAI API key, stored in the iOS Keychain with the “after first unlock, this device only” protection class, which means it is excluded from encrypted backups and never syncs to another device.
  • Your app preferences.

Deleting the app removes all of it permanently.

What Is Sent to OpenAI

To generate a render, the app sends the image you select and any text you type directly from your device to OpenAI’s API (api.openai.com), authenticated with the API key you supplied. This is the only network request the app makes, apart from a one-time check that your key is valid.

This data goes to OpenAI, not to us. It is processed under your own OpenAI account and is subject to OpenAI’s privacy policy and API data usage policies, which you can read at https://openai.com/policies. As of writing, OpenAI states that data submitted through the API is not used to train its models by default.

The app asks for your explicit consent before this happens for the first time. You can decline; the app’s generation features will then not function.

Photos and Camera

The app requests access to your photo library so you can choose an image to work from, and to your camera so you can photograph a sketch or a plan. If you enable “Auto-save renders to Photos”, it requests add-only permission to save results. We do not read, scan or upload anything from your library other than the specific image you choose.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Your Rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete. To remove everything the app has stored, use Settings > Delete all projects & images, or delete the app.

For data held by OpenAI under your account, contact OpenAI directly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date.
