Two Ways to Render

Plans and credits — no OpenAI account needed. Choose Monthly or Pro, or buy a one-time credit pack, from Home > Start rendering or Settings > Plan & credits.

Your own OpenAI API key — the app is free, and each render is billed to your OpenAI account.

How Credits Work

  • A Standard render uses 1 credit; High quality uses 3. “Render again” and variations are new renders and use credits too. The Generate button always shows what a render will use.
  • Monthly credits are used first. They refresh on your renewal date and don’t roll over.
  • Top-up credits never expire.
  • If a render fails, or the image never reaches your phone (for example your connection drops), its credits are returned automatically.
  • Choose Standard or High in Settings > Render quality.

Restoring Purchases and Other Devices

Open Settings > Plan & credits > Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. To use your credits on several devices, tap Sign in with Apple in the same place (optional).

Cancelling and Refunds

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting Your Account

Settings > Plan & credits > Delete account & data. Remaining credits are lost, and a subscription keeps running until you cancel it with Apple.

Getting Started with Your Own API Key

  1. Go to platform.openai.com and sign in or create an account.
  2. Open API keys and create a new secret key.
  3. Add a payment method under Billing. A key without billing enabled will be rejected by OpenAI.
  4. Copy the key and paste it into the app under Settings > OpenAI API key.

Your key is stored in your iPhone’s Keychain and is only ever sent to OpenAI.

Common Problems

“Your API key was rejected (401)”
The key is wrong, incomplete or has been revoked. Create a new one.

“Access denied (403)”
Your OpenAI account may need verification before it can use image generation. Check platform.openai.com.

“Rate limit or quota reached (429)”
You have hit a spending limit or rate limit on your OpenAI account.

My credits didn’t appear after buying
Open Settings > Plan & credits and tap Restore. If they still don’t appear, email us with the Support ID shown there.

The render doesn’t match my drawing
Set “How closely to follow your design” to Faithful. Balanced and Creative both allow the model to reinterpret your geometry.

The plan I generated has wrong dimensions
Dimensions, areas and scale bars are drawn to look plausible. They are not measured and must never be used as construction information.

What the App Can and Cannot Do

Results are generated by an image model. It does not build or measure a 3D model of your design. Sketch to Plan produces an image, not a CAD file. Render from Plan infers a view from the plan rather than reconstructing it geometrically. Always check output against your own drawings.

Privacy

No login and no analytics; your projects stay on your device. With a plan, our server keeps only your credit balance and purchase history.
